Delivery and shipping
Normally we also deliver to your vacation home here in Mallorca (for details see under "Frequently Asked Questions"). In addition, there is the possibility of free collection of bikes and accessories in our ePoint (shop) in Cala d'Or on Mallorca.

 

The goods are dispatched immediately after your order or goods specially ordered for you after approx. 5 - 8 days (we will inform you on the same day).

The delivery time depends on your delivery address, for express deliveries (for an additional charge) please inquire by email.
 

Returns and Refunds
You can return the ordered goods to us up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. This does not include damaged and / or worn objects as well as goods that have been manufactured or modified for you personally.

We will refund the entire order amount (including shipping costs) when you return the entire order. The cost of returning your return to us is your responsibility.

​

 

Please send the items back as they were received, neatly packed in the original packaging.

Can I only book online?

Our online booking is very easy and quick, but if you do not want to book online, you can send us your request by email.

 

How can I pay?

You can pay via PayPal, EC or credit card.


If you do not want this, you can also send us an inquiry by email and then make the payment for your booking in advance by transfer to our account.

 

Do I have to pay in advance?

With your reservation, the bike is blocked with us and can no longer be booked, so we need the advance payment as security.

 

Can I pay when I pick up the goods or upon receipt of the delivery?
No, only through our payment options mentioned above.

 

What emergency accessories is the bike equipped with?

All our bikes are equipped with a mini pump and a tube with tire levers.
 

What does the delivery cost?
This depends on the destination and our routes and is calculated individually for you.

How do I order a delivery?
Please give us your delivery request when booking, i.e. time, address and mobile number. in the note field and we will send you an offer for confirmation.

When can I pick up or return the bike?
The bike can be picked up and returned at any time on the booked day within our opening hours.

Can I pick up the bike the evening before booking?
Unfortunately, this is only possible in exceptional cases, please inquire when ordering.

What do I need to collect?
Your valid passport or ID card and, if applicable, the booking confirmation.

​

Do I have to pay a deposit?
No, we have your data for security.
